A Visual Introduction to Machine Learning
Using a data set about homes, see how a machine learning model is created to distinguish homes in New York from homes in San Francisco. One example of a machine learning method is a decision tree. See how a decision tree model works. An example decision tree demonstrates how if-then statements are used to define patterns in data. Adding split points and repeating processes (recursion) is also explained. Finally it shows how the tree performs on previously-unseen data.
