Google CS First: Storytelling
CS First is a free program that offers computer science projects for students aged 9-14 who sign up to be part of the club. In the storytelling project, students move through eight activities that each help develop an aspect of storytelling using computer science skills.
Activities include dialogue and sequencing, setting, premise, characterisation, interactive storytelling and personal narrative. Each activity is supported by a video and project starters which students use to remix and create their own stories.
Lesson plans accompany the student activities.
